When The Duke Spirit took to the stage with their first song Into the Fold I was a little bit worried. There was a lot of energy but it seemed forced and though it was musically fine the great voice from the records just wasn’t there.

The Milk Review at Brighton’s Green Door Store

It’s not that often that a band of white-twenty something’s get a crowd soul clapping on a Friday night, but that was before The Milk turned up. The dark and intimate Green Door Store was packed with people about to be shown a good time by the old school genre hopping four-piece.
